Mr. Sravan Unnam

Mr. Sravan Unnam is a qualified lawyer, enrolled with the Bar Council for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad. At present, he is a partner at Unnam Law Firm (ULF & Associates) and specializes in Commercial Arbitration and Mediation, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and Corporate Advisory. He completed his B.Com. from Aurora’s Degree College, Osmania University and his LL.B. from ILS Law College, Pune. Thereafter, Mr. Sravan obtained his LL.M. in Corporate Finance from the Institute for Law and Finance, Germany and further obtained Diplomas in International Commercial Arbitration, as well as International Commercial Mediation and International Commercial Negation, and Diploma in Cyber Laws from renowned institutes. Mr. Sravan is also the Head and Founder Trustee of the Hyderabad Arbitration Centre.

Mr. Arijeet Banerjee

Mr. Arijeet Banerjee is the founding partner of Hecto Hendeca Law Firm and a practicing Advocate. A law graduate from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India and enrolled as an Advocate in the year 2009, he has represented many cases Pan –India and has been acknowledged for his work. Ms. Radhika Gupta

Ms. Radhika Gupta is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice group in the Mumbai office. Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Radhika was an Associate at Wadia Ghandy & Co. (Mumbai).
In her areas of practice, Radhika has represented and advised the following clients :
(1)Advised a Malaysian subsidiary of one of the largest power companies in South East Asia in respect of emergency injunctive reliefs successfully obtained from a SIAC appointed emergency arbitrator against the arbitration proceedings initiated in India by the counterparty and also advised and represented the client in the arbitration proceedings initiated in India
(2)Advised a leading infrastructure company in respect of its disputes with various government corporations, national agencies and state governments in connection with multiple public infrastructure projects across the country
(3)Advised a global offshore drilling company in respect of an oil drilling contract with one of the largest oil and gas exploration companies in India

Mr. Parshuram Ajjampur Lakshman

Mr. Lakshman graduated from ILS Law College Pune. Thereafter, he completed Judicial Clerkship with Chief Justice T S Thakur and worked as a junior with Dr. Aditya Sondhi, Senior Advocate. At present, he is an Independent Practitioner at the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru.

Ms. Saranya Chandrasekaran

Ms. Saranya Chandrasekaran is currently an Outreach Head at Parantapa Sciences. She has a combined experience of about 5 years in practice of dispute resolution, social entrepreneurship and political campaign management. At present, she works at the cusp of community mobilization and policy reforms in the field of women and child welfare. By education Ms. Saranya Chandrasekaran is a lawyer and has graduated from National University of Singapore with a Masters in Dispute Resolution and International Law. Thereafter, she practiced in the field of alternate dispute resolution in Bangalore, Karnataka. She has also fervently participated in matters directed towards social betterment and has worked as a political consultant in the Karnataka Assembly elections, National General Elections as well as the Municipal elections.

Mr. Aman Dutta

Mr. Aman Datta pursued Law from ILS Law College, Pune and immediately joined the Litigation team at the Pune office of prominent Mumbai based real estate law firm M/s Hariani & Co., Advocates & Solicitors. He subsequently moved to the Mumbai office of M/s Hariani & Co. Mr. Aman then joined AZB & Partners (Pune) in 2018 and worked extensively on Arbitration Proceedings and, matters before the District Courts at Pune. Mr. Aman commenced his independent practice towards the end of 2018, founding his Chambers with a definite focus on Trial Court work, Arbitration and Commercial Litigation. And since then, he has already appeared before various Arbitral authorities, in matters concerning Arbitration proceedings. Ms. Tanya Singh

Ms. Tanya is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team at the Mumbai office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She has experience in commercial litigation and arbitration (both domestic and international) and is currently assisting her team handle disputes both of general commercial nature as well as public and regulatory disputes across sectors, including administrative, white collar, sports, media and entertainment, food and beverage, planning and environment and public sector projects.

Mr. Rishabh Malaviya

Mr. Rishabh Malaviya is an associate in the disputes practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Mumbai. He completed his LL.B. from ILS Law College, Pune in 2017 and obtained his LL.M. in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore in 2018. Mr. Saran Muppiri

Mr. Saran Muppiri is a graduate of ILS Law College, Pune from where he has completed B.S.L., LL.B. course in First Class in the year 2017. Having developed his interest in the areas of Litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution, after his graduation he got enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh and practiced before Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Ms. Reshmi Hossain

Ms. Reshmi Hossain is an Advocate, practicing before the Hon’ble High Court of Calcutta. She has completed her B.A.LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Calcutta and has obtained her LLM with Distinction in International Commercial Law from City, University of London. Mr. Ishaan George

Mr. Ishaan George is an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India. He completed his graduation from National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi and started his career as an In-House Legal Counsel with the mining conglomerate Vedanta Resources Plc.
