KUMAR SAMBHAV

Kumar Sambhav is an advocate who has extensive experience in handling complex legal disputes with a specialised focus on Direct and Indirect Taxation, Insolvency Law, Corporate Law, Arbitration, and Commercial Disputes. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court at Delhi, as well as other courts and tribunals in New Delhi. Further, he has advised clients on complex corporate structures with special focus on taxation and regulatory issues.

He completed his bachelors in law from ILS Law College, Pune, and has published several papers on subjects of Taxation Law and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
