N. K. S. DAS

N.K.S. Das is an independent criminal law practitioner, with a standing of 40 years in the field of law.

N.K.S. Das has attained his degree in LL.M. from Mumbai University and has also pursued and completed his degree in M.A. (History) from Mumbai University. During the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Das was on deputation with the CBI for about 5 years. Mr. Das retired as Assistant Chief Public Prosecutor for Greater Bombay prior to pursuing independent practice and specialising in the field of criminal law. He has appeared in proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court at Bombay, the National Company Law Tribunal (Mumbai bench), Hon’ble City and Sessions Courts as well as Magistrate Courts at Mumbai.

In addition, N. K. S. Das actively performs work and provides legal services viz., Corporate Advisory work, reviewing and vetting Contracts, documentation for Mergers, Acquisitions, Amalgamations, day-to-day Legal Advisory work, drafting and issuing of Legal Notices and Replies, drafting of legal documents like Contracts, Deeds, Leave and License Agreements, Employee related Indemnity Bonds, Guarantee, Service Bonds and all legal documentation. He is ardently involved in formulating litigation strategies, filing of Criminal Complaints, filing of Arbitration proceedings, filing of Plaints and Civil proceedings.

NILESH S. DAS

Nilesh S. Das is an expert legal practitioner, specialising in the litigation pertaining to the laws related to the Negotiable Instruments, Recovery Proceedings such as filing of Recovery Suits before the Hon’ble Civil Court, Applications under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunals throughout India, Summary Suits, etc.

Nilesh S. Das has obtained a degree in B.Sc. Life Sciences from St. Xaviers college Mumbai, and thereafter pursued his LL.B. from Govt Law College Mumbai and LL.M. Mumbai University. During the span of 21 years of legal practice, Mr. Das has been fervidly involved in corporate documentation such as in matters of Mergers, Acquisitions, Amalgamations. In addition, Mr. Das has also appeared in civil and criminal proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court at Bombay, Hon’ble Debt Recovery Tribunals, Hon’ble City Civil & Sessions Courts, Hon’ble Magistrates Courts and Hon’ble Consumer Dispute Redressal fora.

Nilesh S. Das has been appointed as Notary Public, Govt. of India w.e.f. October, 2011.

Muzma Ansari is an associate, rendering general legal assistance and providing specialised legal services in matters pertaining to Domestic Violence.

Muzma Ansari has obtained her LL.B. degree from Government Law College, Mumbai and thereafter, acquired her LL.M. degree from Mumbai University. She has contributed to our work through her legal services for the past 6 years and has been an associate for the last 5 years. She has practised at the Hon’ble High Court at Bombay, the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (Mumbai bench), Hon’ble City and Sessions Courts as well as Hon’ble Magistrate Courts at Mumbai.
